Simply put, we think that hang gliding is like an endangered species.
We set this shop up to continue to offer support and products from as many manufacturers as possible to help keep the sport alive, and hopefully to see it grow in the future. It has been on the decline ever
since paragliding became mainstream in the mid 90's.
Paragliding takes less effort, and it is easier to fly a paraglider, so training takes less time and the kit is far more portable. But it does not replace hang gliding! There is still nothing that comes close to hang gliding as a pure free flying experience. If you are willing to put the effort in to fly hang gliders then the rewards are well worth it!
