Radne 120 engine with electric start (new battery) and immaculate Newton (OEM) propeller.
The last owner of this Doodlebug flew it twice and gave up the sport.
This is foot launched power and so no licence legally required but training is still vital as they take a certain knack to fly. And BHPA membership and rating is obviously highly recommended.
