The structure of the Milan harness is made up of a back plate in carbon fiber to gain rigidity and weight, as well as a fiberglass core to provide damping with a certain flexibility. The long dorsal plate matches the morphology of the pilot, and allows a perfect cohesion with the shoulders and the neck of the pilot. The back plate has a rail where the carrying strap moves, which allows easy change of position “lying/raising”. The size and position of this rail provides very good support from the standing position during the landing phase.
A manual (jam cleat) or automatic “ kick-ass ” type system allows the impact of the harness to be adjusted according to the flight phases, thermals or transitions.
The storage pockets are numerous and allow you to store the cover and all the protections of the wing. On the outside, several pockets are accessible in flight as well as an original hatch to house the radio and be able to control it in flight.
Weight in the bag without parachute: 7.8 kg for a 1.75 m pilot.
