Should fit near enough anyone - there's a lot of adjustment in this one. Beware though - this is NOT a nice harness. It is one of the first 'Suprone' harensses made. I have tried it on and tried to adjust it to make it work and comfortable and I would NOT be happy to fly it. It is very uncomfortable both in prone and in supine. So really, it is a project harness only suitable for someone who had one 'back-in-the-day' who wants to re-live flying in a mega uncomfortable way!
